Brit to join the Qatar F1 Team

54 year old Andy Elliott will be rejoining the Qatar F1 Team when the season kicks off in May at Portimao, Portugal. Elliot will be alongside hard-charging 2008 World Champion Jay Price, a native of New Orleans. Their combined ages exceed 100 but they also boast over 80 years experience between them and team leader Price is determined to reclaim his title and if possible the Team Title. Mechanical failure almost certainly cost Jay the 2009 gold medal while Elliott’s season ended prematurely when he crashed out in spectacular fashion in St Petersburg, Russia. Price will be driving a 2009 DAC hull and Elliott will be aboard his 2008 Dragon outfit.
